 Accommodations
for the camps are in the village of Kaprun, which is located
approximately one hour east of Kitzbühel and one hour west of
Salzburg. Double occupancy in one of Kaprun’s finest “Gasthofs” with
scenic views of the surrounding countryside is standard. All rooms
have a private bath, phone and cable TV. A swimming pool and saunas
are also available. Single rooms can be arranged upon request.
Kaprun offers fall weather ideal for pre-season conditioning, as
well as that special charm and warm hospitality for which Austria is
known. The scenery is stunning, the life exciting, and the village
in the fall takes on an international flavor with skiers arriving
from the world over to train for the upcoming season.
