confirmation notice upon sign-up through the web and verbal
confirmation by phone. You will also receive written confirmation by mail upon receipt of your
deposit. We will send periodic correspondence from the time of your
sign-up until about a week before departure. This correspondence will give
you all the necessary flight information, reminder dates, tips on items to
bring, baggage allowances, etc. You can call us at
