| 10% is a good general
guideline. The Austrians are less stringent than the US on this matter.
You normally tip when you pay your bill within the transaction. I.e., if a
waitress tells you your check is 18 Euros, as you hand her the money,
you could tell her 20, which would leave her a 2 Euro tip. Back to
